HOTELS
You don't have to camp on-site to enjoy some live music outside in a socially distanced setting. You can stay at a nearby hotel or go back home after the show is done. Pack up a cooler* of your favorite beverages and food, bring a blanket and some chairs and you're set for the day.

Camping
Can I camp in a tent in a reserved campsite?
Yes, tents are allowed. The main requirement is that you stay within the bounds of your reserved campsite.
What are the camping check-in hours?
Camping at The Pines opens 1 day before the event start date. Times vary based on event.
Can I have a fire at my campsite?
Yes. All fires must be contained within a metal or stone ring, limited quantities are available throughout the grounds. If you want to guarantee a fire ring you should bring your own.
Are RVs/pop-up campers allowed?
Yes, however you will need to purchase an RV/Camper campsite in either the Electric or Non-Electric designated area. For safety reasons, your RV will need to stay parked during the duration of the event.
Will a water fill or pumping service be available for my RV?
No. Water fill and pumping services are not available on-site during events at the Pines so please come prepared. Eau Claire Water Treatment, located about 5 minutes away, offers RV fills and waste disposal 7 days a week (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM).
What tools should I bring with for leveling my RV or camper?
Please come prepared for uneven ground for camping at the Pines. Some helpful tools for leveling your RV or camper iclude jacks, a shovel, and leveling blocks of 2x6 or larger lumber.
How many people can camp at my reserved campsite?
Each reserved campsite is limited to a maximum of 6 people.

Are pets allowed?
No, we're sorry, but for the safety of your pet and other attendees, pets are NOT allowed anywhere at The Pines. Qualified service animals are allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Although smoking is allowed, please be considerate of your neighbors.
Is outside food and beverage allowed?
What is allowed and prohibited?
The Pines is an outdoor music venue. Events here are rain or shine.
How much is daily parking?
Parking on-site is complimentary for all event ticket holders.
