The Pines located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin spans 120 acres around a centralized concert area. We can accommodate many different types of campers, whether you are looking for a place to hook up your RV and enjoy the comforts of home, or a more rustic tent camping experience.

  • Bags of ice will be available for purchase at the Blue Ox Lodge.

  • Fire rings and picnic tables are available for use. (Limited)

  • Firewood will be available for purchase on-site.

  • Grills are allowed but not provided.

  • Free drinking water will be available at multiple locations around the concert area.

  • We have dumpsters on site for garbage and recycling. Please adopt a leave-no-trace mentality and clean up after yourself.

  • A permanent shower building (free to all campers). *Not open for events which require social distancing.

  • Electric sites range between 20' wide x 25 - 40'+ long

  • Non-Electric reserved sites are 20' wide x 30' long

  • Reserved sites can accommodate at most 6 per site.

  • Can park car at your site if it fits within the site's boundary.

*Please be prepared for uneven ground, which is the reality of the geology of our campgrounds. Some helpful tools for leveling your RV/Camper unit include jacks, a shovel, and leveling blocks of 2x6 or larger lumber.

The Pines Camping FAQs

Can I camp in a tent on a reserved campsite?

Yes, tents are allowed. The main requirement is that you stay within the bounds of your reserved site.

What are the camping check-in hours?

Camping at The Pines opens one day before the event start date. Times vary based on event. *Please visit the FAQ section on the Blue Ox Music Festival website for exact check-in hours.

Are pets allowed?

No, we're sorry, but for the safety of your pet and other attendees, pets are NOT allowed anywhere at The Pines, including the campground and concert area. Qualified service animals are allowed.

Can I have a fire at my campsite?

Yes. All fires must be contained within a metal or stone ring. Limited quantities are available throughout the grounds. If you want to guarantee a fire ring you should bring your own.

Is smoking allowed?

Although smoking is allowed, please be considerate of your neighbors and when children are present.

Is outside food and beverage allowed?

Food and beverage can be brought to your campsite. NO GLASS ALLOWED! *Please see individual events for policies on bringing in carry-in food and beverage into the concert area.

Are RVs/pop-up campers allowed?

Yes, however you will need to purchase a reserved campsite in either the Electric or Non-Electric designated area. For safety reasons, your RV will need to stay parked during the duration of the event.

Will a water fill or pumping service be available for my RV?

No. Water fill and pumping services are not available on-site during events at the Pines so please come prepared. Eau Claire Water Treatment, located about 5 minutes away, offers RV waste disposal 7 days a week (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM).

How many people can camp at my reserved campsite?

Each reserved campsite is limited to a maximum of 6 people.
