CAMPOUT IN THE PINES FEATURING 2 NIGHTS OF GOOSE

This socially distanced, limited capacity campout includes 2 nights of Goose (2 sets per night) and 3 nights of on-site, unreserved tent camping with the option to upgrade to a reserved RV/tent campsite.

A reserved campsite is required if you would like to stay in an RV, pull-behind or pop-up camper. This is also a great option for those who want to arrive to a specific spot for tent camping.

CAMPOUT IN THE PINES FEATURING 2 NIGHTS OF GOOSE

Campout in the Pines, a socially distanced limited capacity event, includes 2 nights of Goose (2 sets per night) and 3 nights of on-site unreserved tent camping (early move-in on Thursday) with the option to upgrade to a reserved campsite. All tickets will be sold as GA access to the concert area. Social distance circles will be placed in the festival bowl and are available to ticket holders on a first come, first served basis which may be occupied 30 minutes before the music starts each day. Masks should be worn when you are outside of your circle and moving throughout the festival bowl area when social distancing is not possible. 

You're welcome to venture off the campground to explore the many things you can do outside in Eau Claire during the Summer such as kayaking and tubing down the river. Learn more about activities HERE

Camping

Is camping included with my 2-day Campout ticket for Goose?


Yes, unreserved (first come, first served) on-site tent camping is included with your 2-day admission pass. You can start accessing the grounds on Thursday, July 1st at Noon. A reserved campsite (Electric / Non-Electric) is required for those who would like to camp in an RV, pull-behind or pop-up camper. A reserved site is also a great option for those who would like to arrive to a specific spot for tent camping instead of setting un in unreserved.




What are the camping check-in hours?


Gate opens at Noon on Thursday, July 1st for all Goose Campout attendees. *Music will start in the evening (Set times TBA)




Can I have a fire at my campsite?


Yes. All fires must be contained within a metal or stone ring, limited quantities are available throughout the grounds. If you want to guarantee a fire ring you should bring your own.




Are RVs/pop-up campers allowed?


Yes, however you will need to purchase an RV/Camper reserved campsite in either the Electric or Non-Electric designated area. For safety reasons, your RV will need to stay parked during the duration of the event. *Admission is NOT included with a reserved campsite and must be purchased separately.




Will a water fill or pumping service be available for my RV?


No. Water fill and pumping services are not available on-site during Campout events at the Pines so please come prepared. Eau Claire Water Treatment, located about 5 minutes away, offers RV fills and waste disposal 7 days a week (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM).




What tools should I bring with for leveling my RV or camper?


Please come prepared for uneven ground for camping at the Pines. Some helpful tools for leveling your RV or camper iclude jacks, a shovel, and leveling blocks of 2x6 or larger lumber.




How many people can camp at my reserved campsite?


Each reserved campsite is limited to a maximum of 6 people.




Will the Shower building be open during this Campout event?


No, the shower building will be closed during this event for safety reasons but we will make an announcement closer to the event if this changes.





General

Are pets allowed?


No, we're sorry, but for the safety of your pet and other attendees, pets are NOT allowed anywhere at The Pines Music Park. Qualified service animals are allowed.




Is smoking allowed?


Although smoking is allowed, please be considerate of your neighbors.




Will food and beverage be available for purchase?


Yes. The Blue Ox Lodge will have a variety of canned beer, mixed drinks, soda and Bloody Marys available for purchase. We will only have one or two food trucks on-site during this event so you'll want to make sure to come prepared to make your own meals. Above ground fire rings and picnic tables will be available. Grills are permitted, but not provided. *Carry-in food and beverage allowed in concert area and campground. NO GLASS ALLOWED AT ANY PINES MUSIC PARK EVENT!




What is allowed and prohibited?


The Pines is an outdoor music venue. Events here are rain or shine. Suggested items to bring into the concert bowl area include: a jacket, sunscreen, bug spray, appropriate walking shoes and an empty container to fill up with water. Small shade tents 4 ft and under, blankets and chairs are allowed but must be removed at the end of the day. The Pines is not liable for any items left behind. NO Pets (even small ones) NO Glass NO Kegs, tiki torches, fireworks or drones NO Firearms of any kind with or without a permit NO Golf carts, power scooters, dirt bikes or ATVs on-site.




How much is daily parking?


Parking on-site is complimentary for all event ticket holders.




What is included with my 2-Day July Campout ticket for Goose?


Each $175 ticket for this event includes: 2-day GA access to the Goose Campout for one person, unreserved (first come, first served) on-site tent camping with access to the grounds starting Thursday, July 1st at noon and on-site parking by your tent.

What safety measures will be put in place for this Campout event?

What is your face mask policy?


Face masks are strongly encouraged whenever you are using the porto-potties or ordering beverages inside the Blue Ox lodge. Masks should also be worn when you are outside of your circle and moving around the festival area when social distancing is not possible. Please also wear a face mak upon arrival at the gate for check-in.




What is a social distance circle?


  • Social distance circles (8 ft diamter) will be placed in the festival bowl and are available to ticket holders on a first come, first served basis which may be occupied 30 minutes before the music starts each day.
  • You are asked to be physically present in a space to reserve the right to that particular cirlce. Please DO NOT just leave your belongings there to reserve it.
  • Circles are intended to reduce the urge to crowd the stage. There may not be enough of these circles for every individual or group. If all circles are filled, you are encouraged to setup outside of the circles in the open space in the back that surround the festival bowl.
  • Masks should be worn when you are OUTSIDE OF YOUR CIRCLE and moving throughout the festival bowl area when social distancing is not possible.




How will the check-in process work?


1. Wear a Mask: We ask that all people arriving wear a mask when entering the campground to check-in. Employees who are working this area will also wear a mask during their interaction with those arriving. 2. Health Questionaire: All visitors and employees will need to complete a health questionaire and contact trace form on their day of arrival. This form will be emailed to you ahead of the event and can be filled out prior to your arrival at the gate. *Those exhibiting COVID-like symptoms are asked NOT to come to this event and contact us for a refund. *Those arriving with COVID-like symptoms will be offered a refund and will be refused entry. 3. Ticket: Please have your ticket(s) downloaded to your phone before arrival so that it's ready to scan at the gate. You can also print out your tickets if you prefer this method. You will be given a wristband for admittance after your ticket has been scanned.
